Radha is the backbone and the soul of INAAYA. Having dedicated 25+ years to preschool management and child development, she brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team. She is at the helm of affairs and the “friend, philosopher, and guide” at INAAYA. Her creativity, positivity, boundless energy and affectionate charm draw the children to her naturally. Radha is a charismatic, soft-spoken, and enthusiastic individual and possesses the natural skill of communicating easily with kids in their language. A graduate of Lady Shri Ram College, her experience and dedication drive the team to work together and make every little task a success and spread happiness and joy at INAAYA
