Radha is the backbone and the soul of INAAYA. Having dedicated 25+ years to preschool management and child development, she brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team. She is at the helm of affairs and the “friend, philosopher, and guide” at INAAYA. Her creativity, positivity, boundless energy and affectionate charm draw the children to her naturally. Radha is a charismatic, soft-spoken, and enthusiastic individual and possesses the natural skill of communicating easily with kids in their language. A graduate of Lady Shri Ram College, her experience and dedication drive the team to work together and make every little task a success and spread happiness and joy at INAAYA

Anant, with his business knowledge and invaluable experience in the Information Technology and Analytics space, helps the team drive the strategy and business development at Inaaya. Anant’s passion for education, patience, perfectionist attitude, love for children, and caring nature drive him to continuously engage with everyone, both within and outside Inaaya to maintain INAAYA as a center of excellence… An MBA from CEIBS, Shanghai, and B.E from Manipal University, Anant is focused on sharing his extensive exposure and knowledge from working in multiple organizations setups and functions.

Sushmita has rich experience working as a Pre – Nursery teacher in a renowned private school in South Delhi for more than two decades. Her enormous love, dedication, positivity, and undying passion for pedagogy & teaching inspire children and attract them to her naturally… Her outstanding interpersonal skills combined with her intense desire to make a real difference in the lives of young children have touched children and parents alike. She strives to create a welcoming and loving place of learning to ensure that she can bring out the best in the children. Her creative mind makes the classroom a place where learning is fun and resonates with children long after. She views each child as an individual whose inherent interests and passions are to be tapped through progressive development agenda. Sushmita is a Post-Graduate (Management) from Calcutta University.

Nivedita brings more than two decades of early childhood education experience having been in a preschool teaching and management setup in Delhi. She has an intense love for children, a passion for early development, and a keen interest in enriching young minds through play, education, and fun experiences. Nivedita emphasizes on the importance of soft skills, which include social communication, empathy, and problem-solving. Her go-getter attitude and natural instinct for day-to-day tasks management help the team in efficient operations management. Her pleasant and smiling personality are magnetic for the children. Nivedita obtained her bachelor’s and master’s degree in Education and Political Science and earned a diploma in the Montessori Method of Teaching.
